I’m a design leader and web3 enthusiast, driven by creativity and user-focused innovation.
IT STARTED WITH TEXTURES I COULDN'T MAKE
I was sixteen, doing 3D graphics, and I kept hitting the same wall: I couldn't make textures. So I learned Photoshop to get past it. Then a friend needed someone to design websites, so I learned HTML and CSS while designing them. Design and code arrived together and never separated. Thirteen years in, that is still the job. I design systems, not screens. That means thinking about what a change does to the rest of the product, what it forces someone to rebuild six months from now, and how the whole thing behaves on the paths nobody plans for.
GETTING TO THE REAL PROBLEM
I get to the real problem before I design anything. That means going to the people who have been living with it, then testing what they tell me against behavioural data and whatever research already exists. It makes the first solution I put on the table a defensible one rather than a first draft. When there is disagreement I bring evidence instead of opinion, which moves teams faster than being the loudest voice in the room.
RUNNING A TEAM ON TRUST
I grew a product design team from three to nine and ran it on trust. I lean on people's experience and give them real authority over their own decisions, which is how you get designers who own outcomes rather than tickets. Most of the job is listening, including to what people do not quite say. My team reported 100% eNPS three years running. I am equally at home leading designers and being the one doing the work.
BUILDING THE TOOLS I WORK WITH
The same instinct shows up in my own toolchain. I prototype in Figma Make before I open Figma properly, so an idea gets tested as something clickable rather than argued about as a static screen. On alongID I built a reference system that holds the product's tone of voice, so every piece of microcopy is checked against a single source instead of my memory, and I generated the design system documentation with Claude Code. AI earns its place in my process where it enforces consistency, not where it invents.
If you are looking for a designer who thinks in systems, speaks engineering, and can be trusted with the parts of a product nobody else wants to think about, I'd like to hear from you.

Beyond the Screen
When I’m not designing, I’m cycling or running, driven by my love for sports. My sneaker collection is a growing passion. I enjoy fantasy and sci-fi audiobooks, especially those that inspire self-improvement. In the kitchen, I love experimenting with flavours, and I’m a huge fan of the Witcher universe, where fantasy meets innovation.
